파워스티어링 기어박스의 랙바 충격 방지장치

유압펌프 및 로터리밸브를 거쳐 좌측포트 또는 우측포트로 오일이 공급되는 유압실린더와, 상기 유압실린더 내부에 배치되어 횡방향으로 왕복 운동되어지는 랙바와, 상기 랙바의 중단에 결합되어 고정되는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤이 이송되는 유압실린더의 양측에 제 1랙부시와 제 2랙부시로 밀폐된 파워스티어링 기어박스에 있어서, 상기 제 1랙부시와 상기 제 2랙부시에 인접한 유압실린더 양측에 볼록부 형상으로 바이패스홀을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 파워스티어링 기어박스의 랙바 충격 방지장치.

PURPOSE: A device for preventing shock of a rack bar of a power steering gearbox is provided to flow out some of hydraulic pressure just before a piston of the rack bar moved by force by hydraulic pressure contacts to a rack bush and accordingly to prevent shock and noise of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A power steering gearbox is composed of a hydraulic cylinder(26) including left and right ports receiving oil through a hydraulic pump and a rotary valve; a rack bar(21) arranged in the hydraulic cylinder to horizontally reciprocate; a piston(27) combined and fixed to the middle of the rack bar; and first and second rack bushes(50,50') shutting both sides of the hydraulic cylinder in which the piston moves. A device for preventing shock of the rack bar of the power steering gearbox includes convex bypass holes(60,60a,60b) formed at both sides of the hydraulic cylinder adjacent to first and second rack bushes.
