PURPOSE: A suspension sub-frame integrated with a steering gear frame is provided to make a pressed product compact by changing the structure of a sub-frame into assembly structure of side member and a cross member. CONSTITUTION: A suspension sub-frame integrated with a steering gear frame comprises first and second side members(110,120), a first mounting plate(130), a second mounting plate(140), a cross member(150), and a rack bar. The first side member is installed in opposition side of the second side member. The first mounting plate is attached to the side member and a pinion gear assembly(210) is mounted on the first mounting plate. The second mounting plate is attached to the second side member. The cross member has a hole therein and is mounted on both first and second mounting plates. The rack bar, which is inserted in the hole of the cross member, slides in each mounting plate.
