PURPOSE: A connection structure of an input shaft and a torsion bar for a steering gear valve assembly is provided to shorten the processing time, to reduce the damage rate of tools because a cutting resistance is small, and to reduce the cost spent on reprocessing and destruction because a high precision is not required. CONSTITUTION: A connection structure of an input shaft and a torsion bar for a steering gear valve assembly is composed of an input shaft(2) connected to a torsion bar(80); the torsion bar for transmitting the rotation of the input shaft to a pinion; and a connecting member(80a,90) for connecting the input shaft with the torsion. The connecting member is composed of a groove(80a) formed on the inner surface of the input shaft or the outer periphery of the torsion; and a ball(90) fixed to the groove by the pressure-insertion.
