스티어링 기어 일체형 프레임 구조

차체의 폭방향으로 랙바가 관통하는 서브 프레임 바디; 상기 서브 프레임 바디의 좌측에 조립되어 차체에 장착되는 제 1 마운팅브래킷; 상기 서브 프레임 바디의 우측에 조립되어 차체에 장착되는 제 2 마운팅브래킷을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 랙바와 상기 서브 프레임 바디와 상기 제 1,2 마운팅브래킷이 모듈화된 것을 특징으로 하는 스티어링 기어 일체형 프레임 구조.

PURPOSE: A frame structure formed with a steering gear in one is provided to simplify the manufacturing procedure and improve assembling property by no need of additional assembling steps, to cut down the production cost and enhance productivity by reducing the number of components, and to increase fuel efficiency by reducing the vehicle weight. CONSTITUTION: A frame structure formed with a steering gear in one is composed of a sub-frame body(10) which a rack bar(40) passes through in a width direction of a vehicle body; a first mounting bracket(20) installed on the vehicle body by assembling at left side of the sub-frame body; and a second mounting bracket(30) installed on the vehicle body by assembling at right side of the sub-frame body. In the frame structure formed with a steering gear in one, the rack bar, the sub-frame body, and the first and second mounting brackets are modulated. Insertion units(21,31) are formed on the first and second mounting brackets to be installed on the sub-frame body.
